I don’t think we say this frequently enough, but please know that the report reads so well and demonstrates how valuable and key the service you provide to the practice is. Thank you for all of your hard work looking after our patients. You should be really proud of what you have achieved here.

  • Dr Vivienne Austin

    Rural West PCN Clinical Director

At Rural West PCN we have been working with Promni Health for many years and have found their physios to be of the highest standard and the management team to be very responsive. Both Abdullah and Niall, our current physios are very much part of the team and integrate very well with each of the surgeries they work at. They are both well-liked by our patients, and we regularly receive positive feedback regarding their care. We would definitely recommend Promni Health for ARRS provision.

  • Ruby Ali

    Alliance Manager, Hyndburn Central PCN

Gill is an asset to our PCN, one of the first ARRS roles we recruited and didn’t regret. Gill has shown PCN dedication and commitment to support all five of the member practices with her skills as an advance practitioner although she is based at Peel House Medical Practice. She has invested time to support practices with valuable data to contribute in creating efficiency and effective support for GP’s, providing us with regular audits to highlight the valuable difference being made to patient care. More recently, after acquiring the skills for joint injections and stepping into the role as an advance practitioner Gill has widened her offer to the PCN and will be offering her joint injection service to patients of other member practices within the PCN – a huge benefit for those practices that do not currently have this provision in house.

Gill has also started providing clinical supervision to 2 more FCP’s employed by the PCN and has ensured that they are mentored to best of her abilities, sharing her skills to ensure they reflect optimal performance in practices and are recognised for their team capabilities. Always willing to help and get involved in any new initiative.

Business Manager, Health Village / Dearne Valley PCN

“I’m pleased to provide a testimony for the First Contact Practitioner (FCP) and Enhanced Access (EA) services delivered by Promni Health. The mobilisation of the service has been smooth and well-coordinated, with clear communication and timely implementation. From the outset, Olivia Gee and the team have demonstrated a proactive and collaborative approach, ensuring the service was tailored to meet the needs of our practice and patient population.
Our working relationship has been excellent. Olivia has been responsive, professional, and consistently supportive, fostering a strong partnership that has made service delivery seamless. Regular service reviews have been conducted, allowing us to reflect on performance, share feedback, and make improvements where needed.

The data reports provided have been insightful and well-presented, offering valuable metrics on patient outcomes, appointment utilisation, and service impact. These reports have helped us monitor progress and demonstrate the value of the service to stakeholders.

Overall, the FCP & EA services have enhanced our clinical capacity, improved patient access to physiotherapy expertise, and contributed positively to our practice’s efficiency and patient satisfaction.”

“We have had Remote First Contact Physiotherapy services with our GP surgery provided by Promni Health since the autumn of 2022. We are very satisfied with the service. The service creates additional capacity at the front door of primary care. Shreya, our remote practitioner, provides an exemplary, fully utilised service for our patients to support their musculoskeletal care. She works collaboratively with our surgery based physiotherapist and communicates well with our wider clinical team. She excels in her role and is now developing a remote osteoarthritis education pathway/group consultation to further support patients with their arthritis self-management.”
